Job Description:
A sales professional is being sought to support a commercial operation within the premium cigar industry. This role is focused on sales management, client follow-up, business development, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate must be able to identify business opportunities, consistently follow up on assigned accounts or prospects, close sales, and maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales of products within the premium cigar industry.
• Prospect new clients and follow up on business opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective clients.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Track and follow up on orders, quotes, and sales conversations.
• Work in an organized, autonomous, and results-driven manner.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in phone sales, commercial sales, or B2B sales.
• English as a second language, with the ability to communicate professionally.
• Availability to work full-time, 8 hours per day.
• Remote work availability.
• Stable and consistent internet connection.
• Personal computer and reliable access for daily work.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Good communication, discipline, and results-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
• Base salary of US$400 per month
• 5% commission on sales
• Earning potential $400-$4,000/month.
Work Schedule:
